After only two seasons with Fashion East designer Maarten Van der Horst is set to release his first capsule collection for Topshop, and to mark the occasion has released some images on Dazed Digital of his fashion pals dressing up in his accessible line. The likes of Susanna Lau and fellow designers Serafina Sama & Simone Rocha sport variations of the Hawaiian prints he has been producing since his MA collection.
“We photographed a selection of people that have supported me from the start and it’s so great that I got to shoot them in their bedrooms, kitchen or living room! For me there’s no big divide between my work and personal life, my goal has always been to dress my friends. So it makes a lot of sense to put them in my first capsule collection for Topshop. They too have been there since the start.”
